No Refund Policy – Classes (In-Person & Online)
All class purchases made through Solutions GSG are non-refundable. This includes both in-person and online classes.
By registering for a class, you agree to the following terms:
1. No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, missed classes, or failure to attend.
2. Rescheduling (In-Person Classes Only)
Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class. Each registration is eligible for a one-time reschedule only. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
3. Online Classes
Due to the digital nature of online classes, no refunds or credits will be issued once access has been granted.
4. No-Shows & Late Arrivals
Failure to attend a scheduled class or late arrival may result in forfeiture of the session without refund or credit.
5. Cancellations by Solutions GSG
If a class is canceled by Solutions GSG for any reason, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
6. Technical Issues (Online Classes)
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the proper internet connection and equipment. Refunds will not be issued for technical issues on the participant’s end.
7. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error or received a duplicate charge, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at info@solutionsgsg.com for review.
Solutions GSG reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
